The trail begins in a small town Campdevànol, where you can get to by the R3 Rodalies commuter train (check the current line status).
A 15-minute walk from the station, a trail begins that leads into a deciduous forest. The route runs along a mountain stream Torrent de la Cabana. It is especially recommended to visit after rains, when the stream and waterfalls are full, and the forest smells pleasantly fresh.
Following the well-marked trail, after half an hour's walk, you'll see the first waterfall with a large «bowl». Many people, you can have a picnic and swim.

The second waterfall is located very close to the first, literally a 10-minute walk away.
The farther you go, the trail becomes less well-kept, and the waterfalls harder to reach and less crowded. You should be very careful, because due to the high humidity many sections of the trail are slippery and access to the waterfalls is difficult.
The route is notable for its constantly changing scenery, the opportunity to have a picnic in a beautiful spot, and even to swim in summer.
You should be prepared that the route is especially popular: during the high season from March 30 to April 6 and from June 21 to September 14 it is necessary to book seats in advance daily on site .
Cost - 6 euros per person.
In the low season, admission is free, except on weekends and public holidays.
Overall, an affordable option for those who just want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the fresh forest air during the hot season.
